This website is operated by Isabelle Nails LLC (d/b/a Nail Matrix Supply) (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

1) Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access.

2) General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks; credit card data is always encrypted during transfer.

3) Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

Information on this site is provided for general information only. We are not responsible if information is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, and it should not be the sole basis for decision-making.

4) Modifications to the Service & Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content) at any time without liability to you.

5) Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and/or in limited quantities. We strive to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee precise display on your device. We may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and limit quantities. All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Cosmetic Products & Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic or personal-care products that lack a safety seal or that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Returns are accepted only if an item arrives defective or damaged, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or in-store pickup. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for process and RMA requirements. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

European Formulations (TPO/HEMA-free)

Our products are manufactured by European suppliers and formulated without TPO and HEMA (among other restricted chemicals). Always use products strictly as directed by the manufacturer. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims.

6) Billing Accuracy & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders, and to update your information promptly.

7) Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to optional third-party tools and links to external websites. We do not monitor or control such tools or sites and are not responsible for their content or accuracy. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

8) User Comments & Submissions

Any comments, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials you send to us (collectively, “comments”) may be edited, copied, published, distributed, translated, and otherwise used by us at any time without obligation to compensate or respond. You agree your comments will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10) Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

From time to time there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time (including after you submit your order).

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: for unlawful purposes; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any laws or regulations; to infringe our or others’ intellectual property rights; to harass or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload malware; to scrape or collect personal information; to engage in spam/phishing; or to circumvent security features. We may terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited use.

12) Intellectual Property & Site License

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. Any scraping, data-mining, use of robots, or similar data-gathering/extraction tools is prohibited without our prior written permission.

13) Promotions, Pricing & Purchase Limits

Promotions and discount codes are subject to separate terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We may refuse or limit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from obvious pricing errors.

14) Risk of Loss & Title

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products delivered through the Service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Cosmetics-Specific Limitation: Isabelle Nails LLC (d/b/a Nail Matrix Supply) is not liable for damages arising from misuse, allergic reactions, incompatibilities, or results differing from expectations. Always perform a patch test before using any cosmetic product. Where certain exclusions or limitations are not allowed by law, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isabelle Nails LLC (d/b/a Nail Matrix Supply), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate your access at any time for any breach; you remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
