Shipping policy

Overview
Orders ship from Miami, Florida. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States only. For returns and damaged/defective items, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Processing & Handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET may be processed the next business day.
- Preorder/backorder items (if applicable) will ship as soon as available; we’ll notify you by email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other reputable providers.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please review your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you need to update your address, contact us at info@nailmatrixsupply.com before the order ships. After shipment, changes are not guaranteed.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipping fees may apply.
PO Boxes & Signatures
- Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes; if needed, we may adjust the carrier or contact you for an alternate address.
- Signature may be required for high‑value orders at our discretion.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
- If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your building/office first.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- For **damaged/defective** items, email info@nailmatrixsupply.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- For packages marked **Delivered** but not received, we can help you file a carrier claim; however, we are not responsible for packages after carrier‑confirmed delivery.
In‑Store Pickup (Miami)
Pickup is available at our salon during posted hours:

- Bring a photo ID and your order confirmation.
- We hold pickup orders for 7 calendar days. If you need more time, reply to the confirmation email.
Holidays & Weekends
No order processing or carrier pickups on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
